Naming

Naming

It is important to name campaigns correctly to be able to find them easily if you sponsor a lot of products.

Here's an example of a good naming convention:

Campaign name: "Face cream | B08GLXXQF3 | SP | KEYWORD | B"

  • Product name: to make it human-readable.
  • ASIN: to filter all campaigns sponsoring this ASIN.
  • Ad Type: to ease the searchability of the ad (ex. SP, SB, SD, SBV).
  • Strategy: if you used a particular goal or strategy (ex. ranking, category, reviews).
  • Match type: if you sponsored only keywords with a specific match type
